Pat White formerly served as Vice President, Claims Legal Management for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. That experience fostered a constant focus on the business needs of his clients, through prompt and accurate reporting and the aggressive pursuit of early claim resolution.

Pat White has successfully tried cases in the state and federal courts dealing with Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, As Amended, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Despite his trial experience, Pat focuses on litigation avoidance. He offers supervisor training to ensure managers properly document employee performance deficiencies.

While we have handled all types of employment matters, we have significant experience dealing with automobile dealerships, hotels, and elder care facilities.

We represent both employers and executives dealing with non-competition issues.

We have counseled and represented intra-state and interstate motor carriers of persons and property, drivers, owner operators, shippers, freight forwarders and other transportation-related entities throughout the State of Georgia. We assist clients with issues involving initial accident investigation and claims, personal injury or wrongful death claims, insurance coverage disputes, intermodal contract disputes, federal and state regulatory issues, environmental losses and employment and hiring practices.  We strive to assist our clients in resolving claims efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.

We possess expertise in defending automobile dealerships in claims brought under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act and federal laws providing consumer protection for automobile purchasers.
